I'm not getting notifications for Libby
Libby no longer offers to send email notifications by default on Android and iOS devices. Instead, we recommend setting up push or in-app notifications.
If you're not getting push notifications for Libby:
- Make sure you've configured Libby to send notifications. To check, go to > Manage Notifications (at the top of the menu). If prompted, allow Libby to send push notifications.
Note: If you have existing in-app notifications at the top of the menu, swipe left to dismiss each one first.
- Make sure you've selected "Notification" for all the events you want push notifications about.
- If "Notification" isn't a category listed, tap Fix this? next to "Notifications are currently disabled..." (at the bottom of the menu). Then, turn on notifications in your device settings.
