Trouble getting a book from Amazon to your Kindle
If you're having trouble getting a library book from Amazon's website onto your Kindle, we recommend redelivering it from your Amazon account.
- On Amazon's website, go to the "Your Books" page and tap the cover image for the book you need to deliver.
- Tap
, then Deliver or remove from device. - Select the device you want to send to or remove from, then tap Save.
If you needed to remove the book from your Kindle, refresh the page, then follow the steps again to deliver the book to your Kindle.
If that didn't work, try:
- Amazon's additional troubleshooting steps
- Deregistering, then re-registering your Kindle or Kindle app
If those steps don't fix the issue, we recommend contacting Amazon support.
