How to report a content issue in Libby
Sometimes, ebooks, audiobooks, and magazines have disruptive errors or issues, such as missing pages or chapters, silent or crackling sections of audio, out of order chapters, incorrect title or series information, etc.
Note: Before you report an issue, follow the steps in this article to delete and re-download the title. Re-downloading the title may resolve some content issues, like missing pages.
To report an issue with a specific title in Libby:
- Tap Menu .
- Under "Help & Support," in the "How can we help?" box, enter your problem and tap the search icon.
- Select ask our Support team below the search box or results, then select A Problem.
- Select the Is this a problem with one particular title? toggle (if available), and update your description to include more information, like:
- What's going wrong in the title (like missing chapters, crackling audio, incorrect title information, etc.)
- Where the problem occurs in the title:
- For an audiobook, share the timestamp (e.g., 4:48:52).
- For a book or magazine, share the position in the title as a percentage.
- The title, author, and series (if the Is this a problem with one particular title? toggle isn't available)
- If you still have the title checked out, choose the correct title from the Select Another list and select Yes.
If you don't have the title checked out, select No and fill in the title, author, and format information. Then, select Next. - Follow the prompts to finish submitting your Support case.
