Turning on cellular data for downloads

By default, loans and magazines are only downloaded for offline use when you have a Wi-Fi connection.

If you'd like to download titles using cellular data:

1. Tap Menu, then Downloads (under "Settings").
2. Toggle Download Only On Wi-Fi off (near the bottom).
