Verifying your library card in Libby

Libby may occasionally prompt you to verify your library card before you can borrow or place a hold. To do so:

  1. Tap Menu Libby Menu, in the navigation footer, then Manage Cards.
    The Manage Cards link circled below your saved libraries in the Libby menu
  2. If needed, switch libraries.
    Library selector highlighted on the library cards screen.
  3. Tap (on your card).
  4. Tap Verify Card, then sign in with your library card again.

If you're still having trouble, contact your library. They can check the status of your card and confirm your PIN/password.
