Sending Libby's diagnostic log to Libby Support

Note: If you haven't submitted a support case, please submit one instead of sending in your Libby diagnostic log.

To make sure your Libby log contains the most current information, please try recreating the issue you've reported.

Once you've done so, send in your diagnostic log:

  1. Copy your support case number from the "Subject" line of your email with our Support team.
  2. Open Libby and tap Menu Libby Menu, in the navigation footer.
  3. Scroll down to the bottom and tap Technical Information.

  4. Scroll down and tap Send Diagnostic Log.
  5. If prompted, select your email app.
  6. In the email:
    1. Paste your support case number into the "Subject" line.
    2. In the email body, please note what time the issue happened (or an estimate, if you're not sure).
  7. Send the email.

After you send the log, write back to Support and let them know. If you sent the log from a different email address, be sure to share it in your message.
