Troubleshooting Bluetooth issues with Libby
If you're having trouble using a Bluetooth accessory with Libby, it could be an issue with the Bluetooth accessory, the device, or the app itself.
First, try pairing your Bluetooth device again:
- In your device's Bluetooth settings, unpair the Bluetooth accessory.
- Restart your device.
- Once the device powers back on, pair your Bluetooth accessory again, then try using the app.
If you're still having issues using Libby with your Bluetooth device, we recommend troubleshooting with these questions:
- Does the issue happen with other audio apps on your device?
- Does the issue happen with other Bluetooth accessories?
- Does the issue happen with other smart devices?
If the issue only happens in Libby, please contact Libby Support. Otherwise, we recommend contacting your device's or Bluetooth accessory's manufacturer for more help.
